About the Role Join our client’s growing Finance & Accounting team and take the lead in managing complex vendor rebate programs that directly impact financial performance and strategic decision‑making within a large company. Responsibilities Leading and mentoring a team of talented accountants. Overseeing large‑scale rebate and margin reporting processes. Partnering with senior leadership, including the CFO, to provide insights that guide key business decisions. Driving improvements in reporting, automation, and data analysis. Collaborating cross‑functionally to strengthen financial oversight and support growth. Qualifications A strong accounting foundation with 6+ years of progressive experience within a large company. Proven leadership experience with at least 2+ years managing staff. An analytical mindset to bring fresh ideas to the table. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a CPA preferred. Skilled in vendor rebates, contract accounting, or cost accounting. Highly skilled in Excel.
