Pay is a flat rate per job ($150–$250 depending on scope), quoted before you accept.

Skilled subs typically net a $30–$50 per hour equivalent, paid within 3 business days.

STL Power Wash LLC is growing its network of professional pressure washing subcontractors across the bi-state St. Louis MO/IL area. We handle the clients, scheduling, and dispatch — you do quality work on your terms and get paid fast.

How it works:

We text you available jobs with location, scope, and a flat-rate fee. Accept the ones you want and decline anything with no penalty. Complete the work to spec, send before/after photos, and get paid within 3 business days.

The work includes residential jobs (houses, driveways, roofs, decks) and commercial jobs (apartment complexes, gas stations, drive-thrus, fleets).

Daytime and overnight jobs are available, and overnight commercial pays a premium.

You're a fit if you have pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience (or a strong equipment-operation background), own or can obtain your own washing equipment and reliable transportation, can obtain a $1M general liability policy (we can point you to affordable providers), communicate reliably, and take pride in professional results.
