Operations Support Specialist

To support agent-facing programs, the part-time Operations Support Specialist will manage and resolve inquiries through multiple support channels, serving as an escalation point for complex requests while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage multiple support email inboxes and respond to inquiries from external and internal stakeholders Investigate, diagnose, and resolve operational, technical, and program-related inquiries Track inquiries through resolution and ensure timely follow-up while documenting actions taken Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience providing Level 2 operational, customer, or technical support Experience managing escalations and issue resolution Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
