Human Resources Associate - Talent Acquisition

ZS seeks a motivated Human Resources Associate to drive full-cycle recruitment for experienced talent within the Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment for experienced roles, guiding sourcing, candidate engagement, offers, and onboarding in a metrics and scorecard driven environment. Proactively source, engage, and assess talent through multiple channels, building and maintaining strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Manage requisitions and candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and adherence to internal processes. Collaborate with hiring managers and interview teams to develop effective hiring strategies, share market insights, and guide best practices throughout the selection process. Coordinate interview logistics, candidate communications, and stakeholder engagement to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience. Gather and analyze feedback from candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and new hires to continuously enhance recruiting processes and outcomes. Maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record required. 1–3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience preferred. Strong sourcing and internet research skills to identify, engage, and assess talent through multiple channels, leveraging creative search strategies, market intelligence, and talent mapping techniques. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Gather, analyze, and leverage feedback from candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and new hires to continuously improve recruiting processes. Maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor hiring progress, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
