This is a highly trusted position responsible for processing payroll across multiple companies and multiple states. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage payroll operations, navigate varying state requirements, and deliver exceptional attention to detail while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. This position will be full-time, in our office located in Franklin, TN. What You'll Do Full-cycle payroll processing for multiple companies Processing payroll for employees across multiple states Reviewing payroll data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies prior to processing Maintaining employee payroll records and system updates Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Assisting with payroll audits and reporting requests Partnering with HR, Accounting, and local management teams to support payroll accuracy Responding to employee payroll questions with professionalism and discretion Supporting continuous improvement of payroll processes and procedures Why This Role Enjoys owning a critical business process from start to finish Takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail Thrives in a deadline-driven environment Enjoys problem-solving and finding solutions Values consistency, organization, and accountability Understands the importance of delivering a positive employee experience Qualifications What We're Looking For Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship 3-5+ years of payroll processing experience Multi-state payroll experience required Experience processing payroll for multiple entities preferred Experience with Paycom preferred Strong understanding of payroll laws, wage and hour requirements, and payroll compliance High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines Strong communication skills and professional judgment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and company holidays Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization Collaborative and supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr City Enterprises, LLC
