Inside Sales Representative | $25.00–$26.00 per hour | Monday–Friday, Day Shift | Contract-to-Hire

Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and support revenue growth through both outbound and inbound sales activities. This position is responsible for qualifying leads, preparing quotes, following up on customer inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in an industrial or electro-mechanical manufacturing environment and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment.

Responsibilities
•Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and proactive follow-up with prospective customers.
•Qualify inbound leads, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
•Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and sales presentations while following up on outstanding opportunities.
•Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
•Collaborate with operations, customer service, and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.

Qualifications and Requirements
•Minimum 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience required.
•Previous experience in an industrial or electro-mechanical manufacturing environment is required.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
•Ability to manage multiple customer accounts, prioritize responsibilities, and meet sales goals.
•High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $25.00–$26.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
