Project Coordinator

Compensation: $ 55,000 - 65,000 annually, depending on experience Location: Houston, Texas Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties Collaborate with estimating department for job setup Set up new jobs/projects in ERP system Create and validate project submittals Track and enter change orders Oversee travel arrangements and manage per diem Prepare accurate and timely invoices for clients Manage security access badges for project sites Proactively prepare and file critical documentation Support efforts with OCIP/CCIP Material tracking and other duties as assigned Required Qualifications & Experience Previous administration experience in construction environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Proficiency with MS Office products Nice to Have Skills & Experience This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
