In the context of a replacement, the Digital Direction is looking for:

This is what we expect from you:

• Carry the product vision for Scolarité on the AURIGA ERP, from the registration process to graduation and program offer management
• Collaborate with business teams to define and prioritize the backlog of needs, particularly with representatives of the Scolarité, Programs, and Executive Education
• Translate business needs into changes or adaptations of the functional parameters of the ERP and ensure their prioritization
• Perform the functional configuration of the ERP and ensure the adequacy of the proposed solutions; if the configurations are technical, write detailed specifications for the technical teams
• Challenge the demands by taking into account the ERP roadmap and its standard operation as well as the end-to-end processes
• Write user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Lead the functional acceptance, TNR, and business validation phases
• Provide level 2 support on functional incidents in conjunction with the publisher and internal delivery teams of the digital direction
• Follow the version upgrades of the AURIGA ERP and anticipate the functional impacts
• Accompany the business in the change management (training, communication, documentation)
• Monitor the performance indicators of the ERP and propose improvement axes

This is what we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree to master's degree ideally in computer science, information systems, or with digital specialization
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally on AURIGA
• Good mastery of a Scolarité ERP, ideally AURIGA
• Experience in functional configuration and modeling
• Confirmed experience in product backlog management and animation of Agile/Scrum rituals
• Ability to write clear functional specifications and lead acceptance phases
• Good understanding of the business processes related to education
• Skills in change management and user support
• Sense of listening and communication, ability to rally around a product vision
• Ability to work across different stakeholders (business, technical, external partners)
