Job Responsibilities

You are responsible for the product backlog. You ensure that the business direction taken is the right one, that the priorities are respected according to a criterion of business value, and that the quality of deliverables of each agile cycle is in line with business expectations. You are able to make decisions on the scope of the business need. The responsibilities are divided as follows:

• Be the reference for the business vision and the business content of the project: - Develop the product vision - Describe in detail the users of the product - Identify the expectations of the users and the benefits that the product will bring to them - Identify the expected functionalities and select those that bring the most value or benefits to the users to define and plan the releases/versions of the product - Share this vision with the agile development teams - Lead a strategic reflection preparatory to future versions
• Prioritization by the value of the business content: - Prioritize all "user stories" within the product backlog - Maintain the product backlog and constantly seek to maximize the business value for users
• Facilitate the understanding of the agile team regarding the business need: - Describe each retained functionality in the form of a "user story" - Understand the "Technical Stories" proposed by the development teams and the "Defects Stories" - Respond to requests for clarification issued by the development teams on "Stories" in progress - Contribute to agile meetings with the development teams and the Scrum Master - Facilitate communication and collaboration between all stakeholders
• Receipt of business elements produced by the agile team: - Accept or reject the "Stories" implemented by the development teams - Carry out or organize the user/business tests of the version (with its team of recipes if complex project) - If the size of the backlog requires it, lead a team of business analysts, writers and business testers - Collect user feedback - Evaluate the functioning of previous versions put into production and in use - Ensure the non-regression of new versions - Manage teams of writers and testers of user stories for large scale agile projects
• REPORTING: - Communicate on the progress of the product realization

You are the ideal candidate if: - You are pedagogical, diplomatic and a good communicator - You have already evolved in an agile context and you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position - You have a good level of English
