This onsite role, conveniently located near Maple Grove, MN, welcomes both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking to launch or advance their school-based career. You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively within a vibrant educational environment, providing comprehensive speech and language services to students in need.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current MN Speech-Language Pathologist license required (please attach a PDF copy with your resume)
• Accepting Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to gain school-based experience
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience working in an educational setting preferred, but not required
• Solid understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students according to IEPs
• Conduct formal and informal assessments of student communication skills
• Develop, review, and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document student progress and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making

Assignment Details:

• Contract position running approximately 08/25/2026 to 06/10/2027
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Supportive environment for both seasoned SLPs and CFs
