Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)—attach PDF license with application
• Open to recent graduates/Clinical Fellows (CFs) ready to begin their professional journey
• Background in school-based services and knowledge of IEP process preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse student caseload
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans (IEPs) in compliance with district policies
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in professional development and contribute to school culture
• Offer expertise in speech-language interventions, screenings, and consultations
