Reporting to the Director of Resort Experience, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Seasonal dates of position: October 31st throughJanuary 10th Anticipate guests' needs and creating memorable experiences Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service Ensure Five Diamond representation of resort Assist guests with directional in an informative and helpful way Other duties as assigned Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Available evenings, weekends and holidays Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times Visa Requirements: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
