Key responsibilities include setting strategic priorities for the team, identifying trends, and leading efforts to maximize risk versus return for the business unit. Job expectations include using data and analytics to solve complex problems, coaching employees, and partnering across technology, product, and risk leadership to drive performance.Consumer Card Strategy Channel Manager II is responsible for driving digital acquisition growth through performance analysis, sales funnel optimization, and management of key digital channels. The role provides strategic insights, forecasting, and performance reporting to support business decisions and improve customer acquisition outcomes. This position partners across Product, Marketing, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams to enhance the digital customer experience and deliver growth objectives. The individual will also lead ongoing optimization efforts to maximize channel effectiveness, conversion, and return on investment.It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. However, if selected for the role, you may be required to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy.Responsibilities:Establishes department-wide strategies and oversees portfolio trend analysis, forecasting, and risk/control performanceLeads innovation by identifying and championing large scale initiatives that improve the risk management, profitability, and control oversight of risks for the business unitIdentifies business trends based on economic and portfolio conditions and communicates findings to senior managementCoaches employees on best practices for structuring complex problems, performing analysis, and communicating the results and implications of their workBuilds and maintains strategic relationships with peers and counterparts across product, technology, and business control functionsRequired Qualifications:Candidate must have experience & knowledge of Digital sales channels, with a track record of optimizing the client journey to maximize program performanceHighly motivated self-starter with ability to effectively deliver on data driven tasksAbility to analyze data and influence strategy developProven ability to solve complex problems through structured analyticsProven ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendationsProficient and demonstrated knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience developing and executing business strategy & roadmap planningStrong strategic thinking skills with a track record of being able to break complex problems down and develop a clear strategy / action planAbility to work across functional lines and organizational levels to drive resultsInnovative mindset with the ability to challenge the status quoAbility to proactively identify, analyze, and improve upon existing processes for optimizationAbility to manage varied set of priorities, both planned and ad-hoc, and adapt within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
