Custom Machine Builder – 1st Shift

Direct Hire | $24–27/hr (based on experience)

Build complete machines from the ground up in a clean, well-organized shop. This is hands-on, custom work—no repetitive assembly line production.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble custom machinery using blueprints and schematics

• Build and integrate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Perform fit-up, alignment, and final assembly

• Complete basic wiring and electrical tasks

• Use hand tools, power tools, cranes, and shop equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with engineering support

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with custom machinery or equipment assembly

• Strong blueprint reading skills

• Solid mechanical assembly background

• Basic electrical knowledge

• Effective problem-solving abilities

Preferred (not required):

• Welding experience

• Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge

• Experience with mills or lathes

• Forklift or crane operation

Schedule

Monday–Friday

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

This is a Permanent position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
