Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Summary:
Are you a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism? Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional ABA Therapy services in Newark, New Jersey. As a BCBA with our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing customized treatment plans to help our clients achieve their goals and build a brighter future. Hybrid Options Available.
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate BCBA to join our team of experts in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children with Autism. As a BCBA with Golden Care Therapy NJ, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and goals
Collaborating with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery
Providing parent training and education to involve the family in the treatment process
Assessing client progress and making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA Therapy
