Payroll Benefits Specialist

We are hiring a hybrid Payroll & Benefits Specialist role with our client, a top national insurance brokerage & services firm. The Payroll & Benefits Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure accurate processing, timely communication, and smooth day-to-day operations. This role assists with payroll preparation, employee benefit administration, reporting, and employee support activities.

The schedule is as follows:

• Hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite in Washington, PA, other days remote)
• Standard hours, M-F; 8am-5pm

This is a contract-to-hire role that offers the below pay & benefits:

• A pay rate of up to $33/hr (dependent upon experience)
