EIS is growing its presence on the internet and has redesigned the company's site to become a self-service hub, but most of our customers still do not know the great news! We need digitally savvy, customer-focused professionals who can help our customers learn about the new site. Come and grow with us!ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and empathically to customer inquiries.Investigate and troubleshoot complaints, providing effective solutions or escalating complex cases to the proper departments.Monitor and resolve open return and credit requests.Manage and approve less than minimum quantity sales order requests.Monitor and manage new production part processReview and enter new Sugar Fabrication quote requestsExecute daily branch billing including review and loading of carrier tracking information.Coordinate with Production to expedite/maintain customer ordersCoordinate with Quality and Production to ensure Quality requirements are identifiedProvide feedback to management and production regarding customer needs and concerns.QualificationsProficient in MS OfficeSAP business software a plusRequires an associate degree in related business field or equivalent work experienceExcellent persuasive and communication skillsProficient analytical and time management skillsStrong verbal and written skillsAble to work in a team environment fulfilling objectives with minimum direct supervisionAdaptable, proactive, and self-directedAble to work in a fast-paced environmentEIS Legacy is an equal opportunity employer.
