• The Associate Attorney will assist with and manage matters involving:
• Commercial and business litigation
• Contract and business disputes
• Professional licensing board investigations and disciplinary proceedings
• Motion practice
• Written discovery and discovery disputes
• Depositions
• Court hearings and administrative hearings
• Appeals
• Trial preparation and trial work

Requirements:

• The ideal candidates should have:
• 2-5 years of legal experience
• Active license to practice law in Nevada
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Interest in commercial litigation, business law, and administrative/licensing matters
• Professional judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication skills
• Courtroom, deposition, motion practice, or administrative hearing experience preferred but not required
