We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Bilingual Legal Assistant to join our dynamic legal team in Allentown, United States. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative and legal support to our attorneys, ensuring smooth office operations and effective case management.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, enhancing overall office efficiency.
• Communicating professionally with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters, both in person and over the phone, in English and Spanish.
• Preparing, filing, and organizing legal documents and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail.
• Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and monitoring important deadlines to ensure timely case progression.
• Answering incoming phone calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
• Maintaining confidential client files and ensuring compliance with legal documentation procedures.
• Assisting with general office duties, including organizing records and maintaining office supplies.
• Collaborating with the legal team to support case preparation and research as needed.
• Translating legal documents and interpreting during client meetings when necessary.

Requirements include:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Familiarity with legal case management software (e.g., Clio) is a plus.
• Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
