Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contractor)

Position Description The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team by delivering a best-in-class interview and candidate experience. This is a contract role (non-employee) and represents an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Candidate Care plays a key role in the recruitment process by coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews and proactively communicating with candidates throughout the process. Talent Acquisition Coordinator-R47865 Roles Responsibilities Creating detailed and personalized candidate interview schedules Communicating proactively with potential candidates and those engaged in the interview process regarding their status Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process. Managing and communicating any interview changes to the candidate, recruiter and interview team Engaging in recruitment process improvement projects as appropriate Conducting phone screens with potential candidates. At least one year of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
