Position Description At Regeneron we believe different perspectives make better science. We're looking for a driven University Relations (UR) Recruiter to fuel our early-career talent pipeline by hiring interns and co-ops at scale and creating an internship experience they'll never forget. This is a contract position with an initial one-year engagement, renewable annually based on performance and business needs. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll own intern and co-op hiring end-to-end across 100 roles, shape the experience of hundreds of early-career candidates, and help establish company/organisation as a destination for top student talent.
