About Us
Ditto will fill the space between fine dining and fast casual. Customers will order at the counter and either dine in our three dining areas - sleek, modern and refined - or take food away. Think sweet and savory pastry, composed breakfast specials, an array of soups, salads, sandwiches, rotisserie and other hearty mains that will appear by midday. This is food that chefs and food lovers will appreciate - veg forward, precisely seasoned and creatively plated (to stay or go).
About the Role
We are seeking a lead baker/pastry chef to help develop and execute Ditto's sweet/savory pastry program in addition to developing a very focused bread program. This role requires organization, precision, and curiosity about ways to improve day to day. Working together with Chef Founder Andy Baraghani as well as the Head Chef, the lead baker/pastry chef will take point on bringing new ideas to the table, adjusting the pastry program seasonally, and execute/own already developed recipes. While we are open to candidates from a variety of pastry backgrounds, we are looking for someone ideally with significant restaurant/bakery production experience.
