Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: We consider a ProSal model, typically between 22-23%.
Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance (including dental and vision), paid vacation (starting at 3 weeks), personal leave, AVMA PLIT, paid licenses/dues (OVMA, Lane County Veterinary Association, AVMA), uniform allowance, and retirement with a 3% match.
Financial Support: College loan assistance is available.

Generous Continuing Education: Starting at $3,000 annually, with flexibility to invest more for special interests, underscoring our commitment to your professional development.
Mentorship: Dr. Brian offers 40 years of experience, specializing in surgical procedures, including orthopedics. He is committed to current medicine and continuing education.
High Support Ratio: Benefit from a 3:1 Assistant to DVM ratio.
Advanced Medicine:
Technology: Utilize advanced tools, including Digital and Dental Radiographs, Ultrasound, Idexx Lab Machines (Sedivue, Catalyst & CBC), Cloud Software, and up-to-date Anesthetic Monitoring.
Referral Network: Access established referral options for Dermatology, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Eastern Medicine, Chiropractor, Emergency, and Internal Medicine/Surgery.
Location & Community:
Located in Leaburg, Oregon, just 20 miles east of Eugene, you will fall in love with the area! Enjoy beautiful views of the McKenzie River and abundant recreational opportunities, including hiking, rafting, paddle boarding, fishing, and camping, within a supportive and devoted community.
Minimum Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
License in good standing in the state of Oregon.
Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 Annual
