Field Services Support Specialist — 24/7 On‑Site Help Desk

RaceTrac

RaceTrac is seeking a Field Services Support Specialist to provide first-line response for store operations issues and optimize resources for efficient troubleshooting by field personnel. You will support maintenance for store operations, perform basic call taking, and liaise with Technical Operators, Operations, and Facilities Services.
