Transportation Project Manager

Your Impact Serve as Project Manager for transportation project development services, from pursuit through final delivery. Lead multidisciplinary design teams. Manage project scope, schedule, budget and quality in accordance with Lochner’s project management procedures. Act as the primary point of contact with project client and sub‑consultants. Support pursuits, including technical approach development, staffing plans and schedules. Mentor and develop staff while fostering a collaborative team environment. Support client development and foster relationships with existing and new clients. Promote Lochner’s culture of safety, quality and integrity on all projects. Who You Are 8+ years of transportation project development experience. Experience in the LaPorte and/or Crawfordsville District highly preferred. Demonstrated project management experience on highway and/or bridge design projects. Strong working knowledge of INDOT policies and procedures. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent leadership, communication and client‑relationship skills. Willingness to travel within Indiana as project and business development needs require.
