Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Cambridge, MA with similar specifications to those below:
Compensation : $40.00-$45.00/hr* *listed not guaranteed - potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefit plans that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance
- Process FMLA requests and employment verification.
- Provide analytical and technical support in the delivery and auditing of our benefit programs
- Manage PTO statement for staff and days off
- Assist with Open Enrollment
- Set up and perform scheduled audits with benefit carriers
- Administrate compensation changes records
- Assist with the tracking of FMLA and administrate company leave of absence claims
- Perform quarterly 401K audit
- Review and pay monthly benefit vendor invoices and maintain budget tracker
- 2 years working in HR and benefits, with an in-depth understanding of FMLA, 401K and benefits administration
- Experience working with a benefits software and HRIS systems.
- Proficient user of Google applications, DocuSign, Greenhouse, Namely
- Strong business acumen, customer service and critical thinking skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent problem solving/judgment skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment
