VP Regulatory Reporting

JCW is currently partnered with a foreign investment bank seeking a Vice President of Liquidity Regulatory Reporting to join their Finance function. This is a high‑visibility role for a technically strong professional with hands‑on experience producing and managing liquidity reports in a banking environment. You'll work at the intersection of Treasury, Risk, and Finance, playing a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the bank's U.S. liquidity reporting obligations. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the firm's Midtown office. What You’ll Do Own the end‑to‑end production of key liquidity regulatory reports, including the FR 2052a Analyze liquidity positions and cash flow data across legal entities to support daily and monthly reporting processes Investigate and resolve data quality issues, working closely with Treasury, Risk, and Technology teams to drive sustainable fixes Respond to regulatory inquiries and support examinations related to liquidity reporting Requirements 7–9 years of experience in liquidity regulatory reporting, Treasury finance, or a related function within a bank or foreign banking organization (FBO) Direct, hands‑on experience producing FRB reports Familiarity with liquidity risk concepts including intraday liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and collateral management Proficiency in Excel and experience working with large data sets; exposure to reporting tools such as Axiom, OFSAA, or similar platforms preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required; CPA or CFA a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex reporting requirements for both technical and non‑technical audiences #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
