Customer Service Representative
Pay : $19.00/hr

Location : Houston, TX

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our logistics industry client to start immediately at $19.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

Assist with invoice processing and client communication
Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
Track inventory and oversee shipping documentation
Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution
Create and analyze aging receivable reports to ensure accuracy

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Office 365, and AS400 is a plus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (required in some markets)

Skills

Invoice processing and client communication
Data entry and inventory management
Proficiency in MS Office, Office 365, and shipping documentation
Customer relationship management and problem resolution
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
