With a competitive salary, great locations, and a supportive, people-first culture, you’ll have the space to take on meaningful challenges, grow your skills, and make a real impact in a fast-evolving industry.About The TeamYou’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.[Job Details]Job Title: Operations Business Support SpecialistLocation: Orlando, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; or Houston, TexasPay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + Annual BonusEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition Overview:The Operations Business Support role is responsible for supporting JDL's warehouse operations to ensure efficient day-to-day business processes and deliver an excellent customer experience.What You'll Do:Support daily operational activities, including data entry, information verification, and document management.Assist with the coordination and management of third-party workforce resources.Collect, organize, and analyze operational data, and prepare reports to support business decisions.Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaboration to resolve operational issues and ensure projects are completed on schedule.Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Collect and respond to customer feedback, resolve issues in a timely manner, and help improve customer satisfaction.Complete additional tasks and projects assigned by management.About You:Associate's degree or above; all majors are welcome.
