Learn more at **insightsoftware.com.****Job Description:**As a key member of the Product team, you will work closely with Product Managers to transform the strategic product roadmap into a well-defined set of features and then deliver on them successfully from one release to the next. You will interface with customers and internal stakeholders to continuously understand and identify business problems and ensure we are building solutions that meet their needs while delivering with quality and an unrivaled user experience. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative with the ability to lead cross-functionally and inspire our teams while remaining focused on results and value creation. The candidate will possess the technical skills to work comfortably with our engineers while balancing a big-picture vision that can be communicated to our leaders.**Core Responsibilities:**• Collaborate with Product Managers to formulate our product vision, strategy, and roadmap.• Own the product backlog, balancing conflicting priorities to determine prioritization.• Own the release planning and sprint planning processes, including setting release and sprint goals, and successfully delivering on those goals.• Provide an active role in mitigating risks and issues impacting successful team completion of release and sprint goals.• Ensuring acceptance criteria are met with current release and conducting sprint reviews from a business/customer perspective.• Producing documentation with Product Managers and Marketing to support development, launch, support, services, and sales and marketing initiatives.• Performing detailed product demonstrations for external and internal audiences to communicate the benefits of the solution.• Serving as a subject matter expert to assist with sales and support as needed.• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principals• Ability to balance conflicting priorities and negotiate a backlog with engineers and leadership• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes**Competencies:**• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Often leads collaborative efforts among members of a project team; Partners with others to develop acceptance criteria, build test cases, and monitor status• Relationship Building: Builds bonds and manages relationships to accomplish business goals• Negotiation: Is able to mediate equitable solutions within the scope of work; Consciously studies motivations of others during negotiations; Strives for win/win outcomes• Problem Solving: Observes and analyzes relationships among several parts of an issue or situation; Uses multiple associations of events and applies concepts when analyzing events or situations; Seeks input from others to expand solution possibilities, especially those who are known for creative idea-generation; Values diversity when generating ideas; Documents an array of ideas when working on a difficult problem; Is beginning to see patterns and themes.• Adaptive Communication: Is thoughtful about communication and communicates with intent• Public Speaking: Uses this skill to convey multiple ideas or projects; Audience may be a project team or cross-functional team; Establishes credibility, confidence, project skills, and adapting to situations on the fly; Ability to connect with peers; Periodically presents updates on their product area to a wider audience• Persuasive Presentation Skills: Conveys technical and complex information clearly and credibly in high pressure situations; Is able to present complex problems in a simple format to others• Listening: Seeks to remove personal biases when listening; Asks well-formed questions and paraphrases to check for understanding before drawing conclusions; Effectively reads verbal and non-verbal cues of others and adjusts behavior appropriately to achieve an intended outcomeThe salary range in United States of America for this position is 124,000.00 to 156,000.00 USD Annual.Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.We are committed to pay transparency and fair compensation practices.
