Quality Inspector

Job Description Job Description TruFit Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join an aerospace manufacturing team in Kent, WA. This position will perform in-process and final inspections of machined aerospace parts and assemblies while ensuring products meet engineering specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards. Compensation: $22- $28 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM $2.00/hour shift differential Location: Kent, WA Responsibilities: Perform in-process and final inspections of machined aerospace parts and assemblies Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, air gauges, and radius gauges Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions Document inspection results and identify non-conforming parts Assist with rework and re-inspection requirements Communicate quality issues with production and quality teams Assist with identifying root causes and improving inspection processes Learn and perform CMM inspections as training is provided Follow all safety and PPE requirements Requirements: High school diploma or GED Minimum 6 months of inspection experience with machined parts or assemblies Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience using precision measuring instruments Strong basic math skills, including fractions and decimals Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to stand and walk throughout a manufacturing facility Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
