Work Environment

This position is a full-time, onsite role, requiring 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Friday, concluding at 5:00 PM each day. Unified Hospital's Primary Care practice is designed to provide a supportive and dynamic work environment where collaborative efforts among healthcare professionals amplify the quality of care reached by our patients. You will have access to state-of-the-art medical resources and an EMR system that streamlines patient information management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations for a diverse range of patients, exploring their medical histories thoroughly.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work and imaging studies to support accurate diagnoses.
• Diagnose various health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices in primary care.
• Prescribe medications appropriately and review patients' responses to treatment in follow-up visits.
• Maintain meticulous medical records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold patient safety.
• Inform patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures in a clear and supportive manner.
• Drive educational initiatives by informing patients about disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and managing chronic conditions.

• Proficiency in understanding patient care regulations and clinical protocols relevant to primary care.

• A valid DEA registration number is required.

Compensation and Benefits
