Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $45 - $50 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Develop deal strategies and lead contract negotiations and supplier assessments for technology solutions, legal data, and market data.
• Negotiate commercial, operational, legal, governance, and risk terms while balancing stakeholder objectives, speed to market, and enterprise risk tolerance.
• Draft, review, and manage contract language to address evolving business, technology, regulatory, and market requirements.
• AI, Data, and Technology Contracting
• Negotiate AI and generative AI usage rights, including restrictions on using company or customer data for model training.
• Establish requirements for model transparency, explainability, and responsible AI practices.
• Address data processing, data residency, subprocessor management, security, exit, and data portability requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Issue Resolution
• Collaborate with Legal partners, peers, subject-matter experts, colleagues, and managers to develop and amend agreements using appropriate language.
• Research and respond to internal and external inquiries, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
