Oklahoma Staffing Specialists is seeking a Bookkeeper for a respected nonprofit organization in Tulsa.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record bank deposits.
• Process invoices and prepare payments through QuickBooks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Generate monthly member/customer statements.
• Prepare miscellaneous invoices and accounting reports.
• Process credit card and ACH payments.
• Assist with financial reporting for leadership and committees.
• Attend meetings as needed and provide administrative support.
• Manage filing and record retention.
• Assist with front office and phone coverage when necessary.
• Support special events by tracking RSVPs and payments.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping, accounting, or accounts payable experience required.
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
