We are currently seeking a Campus Recruiter in our Career Development Department. This position can sit in our Chicago, IL or Pittsburgh, PA Office and is 100% in the office. Responsibilities Source, interview, and recommend candidates to fill experienced and hard‑to‑fill roles within business groups. Partner with business groups to forecast hiring needs and explore best sourcing options. Research and recommend new hiring solutions for experienced and hard‑to‑fill positions. Lead implementation teams to deliver new hiring and selection solutions. Aid in hiring diverse candidates that match our diverse regions and create strategies to recruit and retain diverse talent. Manage applicants in the ATS, including applicant sources, data, and selection status. Follow up with hiring managers as necessary. Manage the selection process time to ensure a great candidate experience. Review recruiting survey data for experienced hires and identify opportunities to improve candidate experience. Assist with onboarding to ensure smooth transition between recruitment and business groups, and coach management on the onboarding process. Review onboarding survey data and follow up to ensure new hires receive adequate training and resources. Develop communication materials as necessary to meet recruiting needs. Collaborate with Marketing on social media campaigns, e‑mail blasts, and company web page to strengthen employer brand among experienced candidates. Partner with headhunting firms, read contracts for compliance, and advance qualified candidates for hard‑to‑fill positions. Store signed headhunter contracts in the department database upon Director approval. Maintain current knowledge in HR, recruiting, selection, and retention through education, training, networking, professional organizations, etc. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or other related business discipline, or equivalent experience in an HR role, specifically recruitment; PHR/SPHR preferred. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in sourcing or selection for experienced hires. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint. Working experience with Applicant Tracking systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong follow‑up skills with solid time management; ability to work under time constraints, with multiple priorities and deadlines. Onsite, 5 days a week in Chicago. Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for a bonus and other benefits.
