Registered Nurse (RN) Educator – Cardiac Telemetry Location: Valley Park, Missouri Job Description & Responsibilities As an RN Educator, you will create, implement, and evaluate educational and professional development programs to optimize patient outcomes. You will collaborate with staff and other organizations to develop and present training, promote safety and quality compliance, and support lifelong learning. Role Purpose Creates and implement staff education and professional development activities and programs that optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing educational and professional development activities for clinical and non-clinical areas. Collaborate with staff and representatives of other organizations to develop, present, and evaluate clinically focused training, continuing education, and professional development opportunities. Participate in activities that promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with leadership to assess educational needs of the staff and develop appropriate education plans. Participate in professional development and lifelong learning. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 2–5 years of nursing experience No supervisory experience required RN license Preferred Requirements Master's Degree in Nursing 5–10 years of nursing experience Experience in Cardiology or Critical Care (telemetry) Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification Licenses & Certifications RN (required) Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (preferred) Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance first day of the month after hire date.
