Accounting Coordinator

To support corporate operations, the full-time Accounting Coordinator will manage accounts payable and receivable, process financial transactions, and assist with project finance tasks in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Process and maintain financial transactions, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines Coordinate project site payments and respond to inquiries from project teams and external vendors Assist with account reconciliations and provide training on financial systems to internal users Required qualifications Minimum of a one-to-two-year post-secondary certification in a relevant field or one to three years of related work experience Accounting specialty preferred Demonstrated self-motivation and strong communication skills Ability to engage in continuous learning and foster teamwork Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving positive results
