The role also includes: monitoring of initiative success and providing insight and recommendations to improve success as necessary, develops system enhancements to improve financial planning and analysis systems and processes, acts as a business advisor, facilitating and oversight of financial modeling as part of new strategy or lookback on existing strategy and facilitate/oversee organizational processes/systems (process such as: Long-range plan, Capital Plan, Budget; system such as financial planning, financial analytics, Vizient). EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 5 years of finance experience in healthcare or healthcare related field. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Health Care Administration is required. Masters degree is preferred. Compensation, Benefits & Perks At Froedtert Health Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $34.82 - $59.56. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
