Job Description

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Research and identify prospective customers and partners across multiple market segments
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within the CRM
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach efforts

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Execute cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound prospecting activities
• Qualify opportunities and communicate value propositions effectively
• Schedule and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions
• Manage and grow smaller accounts independently

Marketing & Event Coordination

• Support trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing marketing initiatives
• Coordinate event logistics, lead capture activities, and follow-up processes
• Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize event ROI

Cross-Functional Project Coordination

• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to support sampling, inventory inquiries, and customer requests
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth onboarding and account implementation
• Serve as a liaison between customers and technical teams regarding product requirements and feedback

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable conducting cold outreach and handling objections
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience utilizing CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting
