Now Hiring: Legal Assistant – Commercial Real Estate & Land Use
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Work Arrangement: Fully in-office
Seeking an experienced Legal Assistant with 3+ years of experience supporting real estate attorneys. Background in commercial real estate, land use, and zoning is preferred.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technologically proficient, highly organized, and committed to providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities include transactional support, document preparation, deadline management, zoning research, and coordination of filings and closings.
