Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Set Up Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our CNC machines operate efficiently and produce high-quality parts. If you have a passion for precision machining and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.
- Manufacture high-quality precision parts
- Maintain tight tolerance control
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications using precision measuring tools.
- Operate Mori Seiki, Doosan, and Haas machines with Fanuc controls
- Proven experience as a CNC Set Up Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and programming.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of tight tolerance machining
