Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Set Up Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our CNC machines operate efficiently and produce high-quality parts. If you have a passion for precision machining and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.
Manufacture high-quality precision parts
Maintain tight tolerance control
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications using precision measuring tools.
Operate Mori Seiki, Doosan, and Haas machines with Fanuc controls

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Set Up Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery, tooling, and programming.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
Strong understanding of tight tolerance machining
