What You'll Do

• Manage your own caseload from intake through resolution
• Provide legal counsel and representation in construction law matters
• Work closely with a dedicated team of paralegals
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
• Collaborate with leadership on case strategy and firm initiatives

What You Bring

• Active Texas Bar license (required)
• 3+ years of legal experience (construction law preferred, but not required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Desire to grow, lead, and take ownership of your work
