Banfield Pet Hospital Client Service Coordinator (CSC) Served as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of a busy veterinary hospital. Managed appointment scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, medical record accuracy, and client communications to ensure a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Collaborated closely with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and hospital staff to maintain efficient workflow and provide compassionate care. Key Responsibilities: Greeted clients and patients in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner. Scheduled appointments, managed the hospital calendar, and coordinated patient flow. Registered new clients and maintained accurate medical records using Banfield's practice management software. Processed payments, balanced cash drawers, and explained invoices and treatment plans. Educated clients on Banfield's Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care services, and hospital policies. Answered high-volume phone calls, responded to client inquiries, and coordinated prescription refill requests. Communicated effectively with the veterinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient appointment scheduling. Assisted in resolving client concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintained a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Supported administrative tasks, including filing, inventory assistance, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards. Demonstrated strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
