B2C Brand & Commercial Design Manager (e-commerce for Amazon)- Role Mission -Lead the commercialization and visual presentation of the Hi-Spec B2C brand across Amazon marketplaces through stronger visual systems, conversion-aware design, competitor intelligence, AI-assisted workflows, and measurable listing optimization. The role is focused on improving commercial performance through better brand presentation, stronger design process discipline, structured testing, and conversion-driven optimization. - Key responsibilities include: - 1. 3. AI-Assisted Workflow, Folders & Process Discipline
4. B2C Brand Identity & Style Guide Development
5. Competitor Benchmarking & Conversion Intelligence - Candidate Profile - The ideal candidate is commercially aware, highly organized, visually detail-oriented, and capable of combining creative thinking with structured COMMERICIAL execution. This role is not focused purely on traditional graphic design ability. Strong visual judgement, commercial awareness, process discipline, and structured thinking are equally important. Technical competence with using AI tools, software platforms and business applications will be an advantage. Preferred qualities include: * strong eye for visual presentation and detail. In turn, able to think commercially rather than purely artistically
* commercially aware with understanding of B2C e-commerce presentation
* comfortable working in a fluid and fast-moving product release environment
* able to identify what communicates clearly to customers with an understanding of how visual presentation impacts conversion metrics
* comfortable benchmarking competitors and identifying trends
* competence in AI-assisted workflows and structured systems
* able to improve consistency and continuity across teams
* experience with Amazon, e-commerce or digital product presentation preferred
