Job Description
Position summary
Under the direction of the firm's attorneys, the Paralegal provides legal and administrative support, primarily for commercial litigation matters. Responsibilities include assisting with case and portfolio management, discovery, document management, anticipating and calendaring deadlines, and the preparation of litigation materials. The role also includes evaluating and using AI tools to improve litigation workflows and efficiency.
The ideal candidate exercises sound judgment, keeps strict confidentiality, and builds strong working relationships with attorneys, clients, vendors, and colleagues. Responsibilities may evolve as firm and client needs change.
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least seven years of experience to join our collaborative, high-performing legal team.
