Your daily impact includes:Managing & Supervising Staff: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.Conducting Assessments & Planning: Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans.Family & Caregiver Training: Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success.Team Coordination: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients.This BCBA position is ideal for those passionate about autism therapy, behavior analysis, and making a difference-without the constraints of non-compete clauses.Qualifications for BCBA CandidatesWe're seeking dedicated BCBAs who align with our mission.
