Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RN license, eligible for Colorado state practice
• At least one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and interpretation of rhythms
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
• Adaptable and committed to providing excellent patient care in a dynamic setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care to patients in a telemetry unit
• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly respond to arrhythmias
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and ongoing care
• Accurately document clinical observations, interventions, and outcomes
• Support and mentor less experienced staff or those new to telemetry as needed
