Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Illinois as a Licensed Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop treatment plans and provide evidence-based occupational therapy, using play, to children in both our clinic and in community settings.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to treat the “whole child” and not just their symptoms.
• Document treatments, evaluations and plan of care using professional jargon that supports skilled therapeutic necessity in a concise and timely manner.
• Submits accurate billing charges in a timely manner
• Upholds the reputation of the company by maintaining a professional demeanor and provides quality care to all clients.
• Sets and Works towards meeting personal and clinic goals
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment, learning from and sharing expertise and strategies with colleagues.
• Genuine promotion of the company in the community
