The successful candidate will be responsible for defending lawsuits filed in Virginia courts and handling first-party insurance defense. Primary duties include conducting legal research, preparing briefs and legal memoranda, rendering opinions on liability and damages, and managing all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, and trials. Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be admitted to the Virginia Bar in good standing. A minimum of 2 to 6+ years of litigation experience specifically in insurance defense or personal injury is required. Candidates must be able to travel for hearings and trials and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
