As a Client Service Representative, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Promoting and maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Handling busy, multi-line phone system.
• Scheduling appointments for all departments.
• Act as a point of contact with referral hospitals to ensure all patient

records are sent and received appropriately.

• Check clients in and out.
• Act as a liaison between clients and clinical staff, ensuring clear and

concise communication. * Support clients through difficult and emotional processes by maintaining professionalism and displaying empathy in all interactions. * And more... About You:

• 2+ years of Veterinary Customer Service or Hospitality Experience
• Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and transactions, and

experience with de-escalation of difficult and stressful client or employee situations in a respectful and professional manner. Ability to promote effective communication between the CSR team, doctors and technical staff. * Proficient in using computer and phone technology to manage appointments, records, and client communications efficiently. * Ability to be flexible and adjust to a consistently changing environment, with a desire to grow and adapt within the hospital and professional field. * Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus.
